Day 1 - Taster Session
The first day/ Taster Session is all about confidence
and controlling the kite. You’ll get used to the
‘feel’ of the kite in flight and its pulling power.
We practice with smaller kites on the
beach, before moving into the shallows as soon as you
can show that you can control the kite for your first taste of real
surfing. We train with short lines on the kites for less power, more
control and to build a better technique.
The session is then down to the individual if you can progress quickly
then we won't hold you back. It's time then to introduce the board! |
