What our Tribe think of us!

"Awesome! 10/10 for outstanding and professional 1:1 tuition. Mix that with a refreshingly relaxed and friendly approach and the LostBoys Kitesurfing gets a 100% rating. I started in October 2010 and within several lessons was up and surfing. Jumped back on the board in April 2011 for a few more sessions and now I am completely hooked. It is the most amazing sport - both physically and mentally - What an adrenalin rush! Paul and his team have the skills and ability to ensure you get the best out of every session. These guys live and breath Kite Surfing and will look out for you even when you're not having a lesson. I get out every other week and have a kite on the way. Their after care support and kit advice is excellent. I suppose if you think of Lost Boys Kite Surfing as a Danish Beer - it would probably be the best Kite Surfing School in the World! Looking forward to the Cayman experience!

"Paul rocks! I thought I couldn't do it - all those kitesurf guys looked so cool and so confident, at 52 how would I start?  They all looked like experts and I couldn't see any beginners like me. I needn't have worried! - Paul and his crew at The Lost Boys welcomed me into their world. They taught me a step at a time - one to one (no bobbing about in the water, waiting for my turn) and after a few hours I got up on the board - amazing! All the kites and boards were the latest kit, and with a bit (well, more than a bit!) of effort and Lost Boys attentive guidance I was back for more. I'm no expert yet, but they made sure I was successful - so I'm super motivated. If I can do it, so can you - join in!

'I If your thinking of starting kitesurfing I would say to definitely try it. Its an exhilarating sport which lost boys guided me safely through for the whole experience. I was a complete beginner never doing any sport even slightly related to kitesurfing. I now feel confident and safe to go to the coast and practice the skills I learnt from lost boys. The weather was less than kind to me on a couple of occasions as it changed from me leaving as I was 2.5 hours drive away. Despite this when I arrived at the beautiful old hunstanton coast I was always greeted by a friendly instructor, who always made the best of my time. I always learnt some thing new which helped me build my confidence. Every second spent in the water was amazing. I always felt safe and enjoyed every second even the massive "kasploshes" made when falling off the board...happens to the best of us ;-) Nothing rivals the feeling of getting up and having your first ride.Once I did that it made me hooked on the sport. Lost boys went above and beyond just the lessons. They helped me find the right equipment to buy for me. Once I had bought it, i was allowed to use it in my lessons where I was shown how to use it and get the best out of it. Only lost boys could train a beginner to fly a 8m kite in light wind when all the pros on their 16m had to come in! I recommend lost boys for so many reasons some are: the personal 1 to 1 training , fun, energetic coaches who are fantastic at developing your skills. Also it is an amazing sport and lost boys will give you the best start.Ill be back next year to develop my skills further!

"I had 1on1 tuition with Paul and really progressed in a short space of time. We had a good laugh and Paul found a great way of keeping the instruction simple with steady progression. I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul to other learner kitesurfers, an approachable and likeable fellow despite the dreadlocks! "

'I was impressed from the outset speaking to Paul Rogers to hear his enthusiasm for the sport and willingness to go the extra mile when it came to arranging lessons. Having never kite surfed before I was anxious to what the course may hold, however it was quickly apparent the benefits of the one to one tuition and personal service I received. From start to finish, I found the 'Lost Boys Kite surfing School' to be personable, professional and informative. I have now continued with Kite surfing and feel competent and comfortable of my own ability all thanks to Paul and the team at the Lost Boys Kite surfing School. Thank you once again for making my dream of being confident at this sport a reality."

"For the last few years I have watched the kite surfers off Hunstanton with amazement and jealousy. Being a land based powerkiter I already understood the shear power of the invisible energy known as wind.. Put this together with a board, water and Lost boys and Wow what a combination... With such creditable detailed training I was up and riding on the second day of my lessons.. The Lost Boys are a great bunch of guys there way of teaching is the best I could of wanted. Paul himself is one of the nicest guys you could meet and since my lessons he has given me advice and encouragement. Thanks Lost Boys for everything, see you on the water."

"Well if you are reading this you may well have been in awe of the kite surfers one very windy day stood on Old Hunstanton beach like I was. Lucky for me that day Paul's van was parked on site so it pushed me into getting in touch with Lost Boys Kite Surfing to learn the sport. What can I say - Paul is a fabulous instructor - friendly and knowledgeable and instantly puts you at your ease even though at my first lesson I did wonder if I really needed such a big adrenaline rush! However, although I only managed to fit in two lessons before the end of the season I am well and truly hooked and in fact have just bought a kite off Paul ready for next season. The one to one tuition is fantastic as you get to learn so much quickly and safely. Would I recommend learning with Lost Boys - most definitely yes. One of my questions when deciding whether to learn was would I be too old. I am a 43 year old woman who is relatively adventurous but I can most definitely say if you're reading this then do it! You won't regret it."

"I would highly recommend Lost Boys if you are looking at learning to kite surf the correct way. I had previously completed a group 3 Day Course on the South coast so had what I thought was a good grasp of the basics. I quickly realised with Paul that previous instruction had left me short of having the technique needed for getting up and on the water. With his guidance my kite control improved immensely in my first 3 hour 1 to 1 lesson and very nearly got going up on the board. Paul is patient and knows his stuff and quickly guides you as to where you are going wrong to safely get the best results and boost your confidence. That first ride makes it all worthwhile it’s awesome. I would highly recommend Paul as a first class instructor who has the knowledge, skill and technique to get you riding. I can’t wait to get back in the water for my next lesson and get riding further and more consistently."
